Why do people connect with you?

Over the past few years, I have been dedicated to developing myself and doing everything I can to bring others along for the ride.

As I have connected with hundreds of people, I have come to believe this truth:

People connect more with my vulnerabilities than with my victories.

Victory is good. People like winners but they connect with those who have the courage to admit their humanity.
